My internet ~ HAVING PROBLEM !!

ARGH !! My stupid internet again !! Another problem.. This time I dunno how to fix it !!
OMG !! I am using a normal modem which Streamyx give out.. ADSL Modem 2/2+ DB102
I still can go online.. But then it disconnect itself once in awhile.. Just a short dc ~
There is 4 light on the modem.. Power is always on and PC too..
Then the link is the problem.. It should be on just like that.. But then sometimes.. It went blinking..
What the hell is the problem? If anyone knows about this.. Please tell me :D
